Warranty Coverage

At Shaden, we stand behind the quality of our watches. Every product comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Movement issues (watch not working properly)
  • Internal mechanism faults

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches on glass, strap, or case
  • Water damage (unless stated water-resistant)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
