At Shaden, we stand behind the quality of our watches. Every product comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Movement issues (watch not working properly)
- Internal mechanism faults
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches on glass, strap, or case
- Water damage (unless stated water-resistant)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
